Did 100 kettlebell snatches without stopping with the 20-pound kettlebell at my gym. Thirty right, thirty left, twenty right, twenty left.
Yay! And I still had enough energy left over to do a minute of swings and two Turkish Get-Ups with a plank position in the middle on each side.
Sadly, now I have to exercise my mind, rather than my body--I am scheduled to take an algebra test on Tuesday to qualify me for the Statistics course I signed up for. Pray for me--I can make a pie with ease, but pi is a lot trickier for me.
